Hey this looks like a Dota 2 version for Mobiles (My Dream)
I don't have the required experience and knowledge, but I will recommend that you guys work with one game engine (That will reduce a lot the Development Times)
I personally use Unity for 3D/2D games but I'm just learning right now.
