Android Gmail Priority Inbox label?

Strange thing happening:

I am getting some emails with the priority inbox label and I don't have that feature turned on in my account. Its weird. Why would that be happening? Has that happened to anyone else?

Any suggestions to turn it off?

They seemed to have rolled that into Gmail sometime on Friday; I don't have an Android device yet (getting a SGS2 on Tuesday), but I've seen a couple of messages marked as "Important" (i.e. priority inbox) come in today. I'm guessing they're looking at content & envelope info, as one of my priority messages was an ATM receipt.
