Help Android Google Maps Api v2 search not found crash

I am making an app that uses Google Maps Api v2 on Android Studio. I use Address and Address list and Geocoder to get the lat and long values from a search the user types in. E.g when the user types in "france", the map zooms in and adds a marker. Howerver, when the search term isnt recognized, the app crashed. E.g if the user typed in "fefefijof" the app will crash. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
