I really could use help. I've asked,talked and begged for help, yet nobody has an answer I understand. I believe it started when t Mobil sent me an update. it could be coincidence, the problem started the same time. ill incude it just in case it means something. all of a sudden I tried to update things on my phone everytime I try I get an error message saying insufficient room on device. yet when you look in my phone I have enormous amount of space available. they want me to default my phone back to the way it was when I got it, however I have apps on my phone that I spent great deal of money into and I will lose it all if I do so, as they do not backup progress for purchases on their server I would have to back it up myself. I have no idea how to do that myself. rooting and programmes I just don't understand. please tell me there's a way to save or backeup that information and then be able to default the phone and reinstall said app.

First what phone do you have with T-Mobil, then we will have you post that question in that section as your issue might be related to the model of phone you have. As for your apps, if you purchased them through your phone even though they don't have it backed up on their server, Google should have it saved on theirs. But if we get you in the right section, I believe your question will be best answered there. :thumbup:

duh that Info might help huh. I have the G2X it isn't reading the Internal memory I for have a 2gb memory card but the updates and such wont go there the issue is I will lose all the.progress in the game BUT more importantly all the crystals and coins "may or may not" br reimbursed if I received all the coins and crystals I could prolly get back to were I was but the aren't giving a defendant answer.the game itself was free but I have been working and paying since December to get to level. 200. I bet I could again I just feel I shouldn't have to pay again
