Android ICS App Folder Question

MilesBH

Newbie
Hello,

I'm using a T-Mobile GS3 on ICS Unrooted

When I click on "apps" I have a variety of apps, and some apps in folders on my second page of apps.

In one instance, I have a "Music" folder with programs like Spotify, Pandora, etc.
Recently, I've been using spotify a lot, so I want to move it onto my first page of apps.

My question is - is it possible to have a shortcut for the spotify app in my music folder AS WELL as having it on my apps screen? For instance in windows you can put a copy of iTunes in a folder on your desktop, and also a copy of the icon just on the desktop.

Anyone know if this is possible?
Any help would be appreciated!
- Thanks

Yes you can, simply long press on a blank spot on your home screen you want the shortcut and put the app you want, even if it is already in a folder
