Alright, I had my lock screen as the Pattern, with the nine dots. And my friend tried unlocking it and it appears he tried too many times that I need to enter an email and password. But I forgot both, so I called Verizon. The said I need to:
- Have the battery out
- Hold in both the Home and Volume (down) button at the same time
- And something about pressing the power button
..Then they said a white screen should show up, then a button to 'clear storage' and something with an exclamation point somewhere.
But I've tried any variation (all of them) of what they said and nothing is working, somebody please help!
