Ok so im looking for a bare basics rom with none of the phone stuff or the least possible so i can delete it, my prevail is off the network permanently and well a Ipod touch costs to much so i wana make my prevail one for my gf, needs to have wifi work but phone texting ( stock. might use textplus) gps, all dont need to work, pretty much id like to have the radios for cell service turned off and not be allowed to be on, I want wifi and bluetooth to work thats it radio wise, but bluetooth is debatable and optional.
