Root "Android is upgrading: optimizing 1 of 1 app"

Has anyone experienced at every boot "Android is Upgrading Optimizing 1 of 1 app" when flashing xposed (xposed-v66-sdk21-arm.zip)? My device is HTC M7 Viper 9.0.0 running 5.0.2..

I have tried to follow instructions to the T and used search but only a few has mentioned this.

Ok I just want to know if its 'normal' for some device and roms to act like this when installing xposed?
Xposed is active and working solid..

As far as i know when flashing uninstaller framework it doesn't appear to show again.

Yeah, it's not just you, a lot of people have noted that with Xposed on Lollipop.

It's a harmless nag from the system.

Thanks for clarifying. It was really buggering me for a while today and I tried all sorts of stuff to get rid lol. Hopefully there will be fix soon!
