Android issues with connections

Hello,
I have been experiencing a lot of connection issues with my samsung galaxy s3.
I am on rogers Canada LTE network.
I will be searching something gonna Google and the it will say '' authentication error ''
And when I am loading a website it will freeze and I will have to reload it.
This is all very annoying and it happens quite frequently.
I am on android 4.1
I was told that android 4.2 will fix this issue but if so when will rogers be getting the Ota update for galaxy s3?
