Help Android Jobs for beginners

Hello. I have a software engineering degree and I also have a certificate for developing android application given by a local educational center.

Where could I possibly find remote work as a beginner Android programmer without using freelancing websites?

Could this site be the place for searching Android jobs?

The employers seem to always miss my blogs and the posts I write. They don't really grasp the value of blogs. They don't care actually, as long as you show them your working experience in a company or for a client.

Do you mean, create a blog/website for the apps I have created or?

If you want to specialise in Android development, then why not showcase your work by publishing your apps on Google Play? You can then demonstrate a tangible portfolio of work, which proves your expertise.
Of course the apps have to be good ;)

Well ok, I wasn't searching for a site where I will upload my CV and send emails. I was more into a site where I can speak freely about the jobs themselves, like a discussion.

But since the job forum here is obsolete I will search for more appropriate site.

Taking into consideration the field you're looking to get into, any employer who has trouble navigating the Internet and has only a minimal understanding of anyone's online presence is more than likely not someone you want to work for. Of course if you just need something to get by with while you're searching for something 'real' that's a different matter. Best of luck to you in your job search.

on the strength of my contributions to relevant cyber security LinkedIn groups, I was headhunted last year to develop Cyber security courseware. Being a constructive, ctive contributor to relevant LinkedIn groups certainly can't hurt, and may be very worth while.
