Android keep restarting

My android phone from VOX company keep restarting itself and I already tried factory reset but still restarting 1000 times . At first I thought problem coming from memory card or from SIM but after removing android again goes to restarting loop.

Tons of thanks if any of you can solve this problem.

Hi chhetrix. I'm sorry you are having problems with your phone. I wish I had something helpful to suggest. A factory reset would be my suggestion.
