Root Android L from source

Their instruction is waaaaaay to simple (3 lines of instruction lol.. pppfffttt!... ).
As far as I know you have to download AOSP Android L source from Google then merge Google source and LG source together to build e2nam ROM.

But even so there are multiple different Android L versions... I am trying different build guides and see if any will work.

For the Kernel I was able to compile and create Zimage file but it has an error and won't boot. I sent a question to LG Open Source and see if they can provide some useful info.

Well I seem to not be merging right or something. I copy the contents of "android" to my "WORKINGDIRECTORY" right?

LG took down the v20a source, anyone have a copy of the original tar file?

Wow I asked LG about trouble shooting on that kernel/ROM. Instead of giving reply they decided to took it down completely?

Not sure if they uploaded bugged source or just don't want to deal with the customer....??

Dear Customer,

We sent the relevant department your request and asked them to estimate the time for distribution.
Please understand that this may take some time.
We will inform you as soon as the reply is received from the department.

Thank you.
