when does android l come to the netherlands? on nexus 5 devices?

Unfortunately, Google has identified that Vodafone Netherlands customers cannot send text messages after they've upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop on the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, and Nexus 6:

If you've got Vodafone, I'm assuming they've stopped any rollout/update until they've solved this problem. If you've got another carrier, I'm guessing it's still a waiting game while they iron out huge bugs like this.
LG has already reported that the LG G3 owners in the Netherlands will get Android 5.0 Lollipop by the end of the year:

Unless LG is speaking out of turn, I think this is a good indication that Google will have everything ironed out by the end of the year for their Nexus lineup as well. And I think it's likely that this becomes a priority, meaning a Lollipop update to the Nexus 5 should arrive in the Netherlands in the beginning of December.
This is just an educated guess, though... I've seen nothing official.
