Help Android Lock Screen Password

Hi
My client uses a Proline Mirage Tablet and has unfortunately forgot their lock screen password. I can't reset the tablet since they need the data stored on it. It does not give me the option to enter the device manager account and I can't seem to find one on google for a yahoo account. Is there any other way we can bypass the lock screen password to retrieve the data ?

If they didn't set a backup method for unlocking, your options are pretty much zero. This is a security feature in Android to prevent bad guys and snoops from doing just what you need to do: retrieve important information on someone else's tablet. That said, you can try this:

Thanks for the reply. I tried doing that but since my client uses an Yahoo account and the default Device Manager runs directly to Gmail I can't access the Device Manager from an Yahoo Account or is there something else for Yahoo?
