Help Android Lock Screen - Show Only Contact Name, Not Message?

[unsaving]

How do I configure Android so that when I receive a text message, only the person's name shows, NOT the message contents?

"Show all content" shows both message & contact name, and "Dont show sensitive content" shows neither.

I recently switched from iOS, and there was an option to have the person's name, but not the message.

Not with stock Android. You'll need to look at custom lock screens if that's possible.
