Android lollipop - Has anyone gotten the OTA?

Got lollipod today. But I got it on my way to work and have not backed up the phone. Have to wait until later. :/
Edit: I am on sprint.

Hope you don't mind the "dumb" questions--I'm still too new to ask really good questions.

I have two Nexus 5 phones. Some weeks ago, I wanted a Nexus 5, but I was on Verizon. Naturally (I think!), I switched to T-Mobile after receiving my new Nexus. Then the trouble started.

After numerous attempts, I called T-Mobile tech to ask why I could not connect to the service. They decided my phone was defective and sent me a replacement.

Trouble continued. The new phone would not connect either. I happened to move to different location in my house, and suddenly I could connect!! I tried the "broken" phone in this same "new" location, and it connected, too!!

Too many similar problems to detail here. The "no connection" problem had to do with "no T-Mobile signal" at my house, ever though I was technically in their service area.

Within 14 days, I went back to Verizon (with an "old" flip-phone). I kept my two WORKING Nexus 5, hoping Verizon and Goggle might get together one day, and my phones would work on Verizon.

My first Nexus 5--the one T-Mobile determined as defective--upgraded to Lollipop a couple of days ago. The second Nexus 5 still shows 4.4.4 and responds with "phone is up to date."

Anyone have a suggestion as to why one phone received the OTA Lollipop and the other continues to refuse it?

Thank you.

Got mine. Din't really see what all the hype is about. The keyboard is disgusting.
How do I get rid of having to swipe up the lock screen to get to my unlock pattern

The nexus 5 won't ever work on Verizon.

As far as the update, its a random lottery system, you should be getting it within the next few days

You can change the keyboard theme back to the old themes if you don't like it.

I'm not sure there is a way to change how the lock screen works that significantly.

Just got mine. Stock. Unrooted. Tmobile. Texas.

My sister in law just got her notification here in Michigan, Nexus 5. Can't remember of she's on Sprint or T Mobile.

Now, where's mine?

I've just got my OTA update, but I haven't installed it yet. I have a couple of questions before I do. If I install it will it wipe all my data? Also can I get root access back if I install the OTA update? If so, how?

Thanks

It should not wipe your data. Not sure about the root question.

Turned on my fiance's N5 just to check and she has the update. Hasn't been turned on in two weeks, ever since she upgraded to the LG G3.

I want mine.
