Presume you're talking about Android-x86, i.e. Android running on a PC. There's http://www.android-x86.org/ which does boot from a BIOS system. Bare in mind it's alpha/beta, very much a work in progress and only supports certain hardware. There's also http://www.x86android.com/forum-50-1.html if you can read Chinese.
No i Cant Read Chinese I downloaded many Version But all Doesn't work My Board is Intel Core i3 i have hp pavilion do you have any Version Can run in My hp pavilion Run In Bios System Just Old version Run on PC like 1.6 Android
http://www.android-x86.org/ have only built it for certain hardware that they specify, which is things like Asus EEE PC, as well as builds for Oracle VirtualBox. Which is for running it in a virtual machine in Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, etc.
As I've already stated it's alpha/beta, it's basically experimental and not really for end-users yet. Also the Chinese versions you can't download from Baidu Pan unless you're in China or have a Baidu account.
