Android M8 Box reset

Hi,

I have tried the factory reset from the device itself, however every time this reboots i constantly i get the following errors:

this machine has a serious error, reset reboot to repair

Anyone else had or seen this or any advice on how to resolve

Have u tried a hard reset where u insert a pin at the back , google it that might help u
