Android Market 3.1.5

Hello

I own a nexus one android version 2.3.6.

Recently the market has updated to 3.1.5 ever since none of the apps I had installed prior to this have been able to update?

I have contacted google and tried clearing the market cache, the same with download manager, uninstalling the update, unmounting my sd card and remounting it and finally even hard reset my phone.

All of theses have failed to correct the problem. Does anyone else have the same problem or any possible solutions?
