Android Market Alternatives

I am one of many Android tablet owners who's devices came without Android Market pre-installed.

I am shit with Android and cba going through the trouble of rooting / flashing and geting Google ID's and shit..

My question is: Are there any alternatives to the Android Market?

So far iv found: AppsLib - but that wont work cos it says my device is not compatible or something :/

SlideMe - is ok but im looking for something better!

Im a new*** so sorry about the stupid question; but i heared appbrain is just a like a searchengine for Android Market as it just provides links to download from Market?

Btw i need the AppBrain apk then; as i dont have Market to download it direct to my tablet..

If you go to the AppBrain website you can download their market. Look on the upper left where it says welcome to AppBrain, second bullet down is a link to the AppBrain Market.

That justs provides the link to the android market where you can download that app. I need the apk so i cant put it onto my micro sd and install it that way..
