Well apparently my country was approved, as I have never had this exact issue. But I have heard read a lot of information about it while trying to fix a separate issue with the market of my own.
Since I cannot replicate your issue, I cannot be 100% sure I am helping you fix your problem. Anywho, there should be a market replacement available to download on one of the many ever expanding Android forums on the internet, possibly even this forum. I have seen in the past as a .zip that you can flash in your Clockworkmod or other boot recovery to replace your market, but I'm not sure how it's really fixed.
