Anyone else notice how the updated Market takes much longer to load than before? What's up with that?! Just felt like venting.
 
Well poop, I meant to put this in support forum, now I can't delete or move the thread! Bad Day!

Yeah, I know what you're saying about it taking longer to load. I'm sure there will be some updates along the way to make it a bit snappier. It's a brand new design with room for performance tweaks.
 
I uninstalled the 2.2.7 update and got the old Android Market back (1.82) but once I checked "My Apps" - wham 2.2.7 is pushed back through.
 
I heard people complaining about it so I didn't load it last week when it became available but I got it yesterday on a push. It's pretty ugly and non intuitive. Oh well, I guess I'll get used to it...

At least it seems to work.

Yeah, it seems they wasted space and performance just to pretty it up a bit.
 
If it was just upgraded it takes a bit of time to get past the loading screen the first time. Did for me at least.
 
In the last couple weeks I've noticed some lag in downloading updates and apps but I just grin and bear it.
