Android Market Connection Error

I've been trying to update apps through the android market and have Ben receiving a message that there's a network connectivity error. Anyone else been having this type of problem? It's not my data provider as I continue to receive all other 3g connections (steaming radio, browser, email, etc.).

I think this happens when you have a bunch of apps trying ti update at once (that is the trend I have seen). Have you tried just allowing a couple at a time to try and update and see what it tells you? FWIW I usually just reload it and it works. Most I have had qued was around 8.

I've problem too, showing "no matching content in Android Market". only free app, games and my apps and paid section is gone since 3 days ago.

I believe I resolved my problem. I pressed the "Menu" option, then went to Settings, selected "Applications" and pressed the "Manage applications" option.

From there I selected the Market application and selected "Uninstall updates." I than opened the Market application (after backing out of the Manage applications section!) which of course I received the update, again. However, after the update was performed, I was able to access the Market.

So, it looks like I had a bad update to the latest version of the Market since all is working fine now.

BTW, I'm using a rooted Eris.

I had a similar problem. I'm using MIUI Rom 1.10.28. I ran a command for moving my dalvik-cache to SD using darktremor's A2SD, and noticed the market was suddenly working again. I'm not sure if you're using a rooted phone or custom ROM, but refer to this link if you want to try out the command yourself. Cheers...
