Android market in chinese

Hi everyone,

I have bought from ebay a Android 4.0 HDMI TV Dongle it has the model number on the side of the box as iSMRTV

Everything works so far however when i access the android market icon all the apps come up in Chinese ??

Can anyone help please or point me in the right direction

It worked for me after changing provider code to 310014 on my G-Box and MK802. The only downside is won't stick after reboot, have to do it again.
