I have Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant t-mobile (sgh-t959) and my Android Market is gone.
Yesterday i went to update it to 2.2 via Kies Mini and it took a very long time to do so (This is my spare one i had, as my original one went for a swim a few days ago).
After the update said it was done the phone started to turn on, shows the samsung vibrant white letter then switches the tmo logo and then the galaxy logo then shows up for a second and turns to pixels and a bunch of lines and my phone vibrates like 2 or 3 times ( just like when an app crashes on you).
I think to myself not a big deal i can live with the start screen looking like crap and then i notice my market is gone, i went to google found a few posts saying do a hard reset, get a file explorer and run the vending.apk.
I tried the hard reset and it did nothing, i ran the vending.apk and it said cannot be installed.
Does anyone know of a solution to my problem?
