Help Android Market Movies

I downloaded digital copies of "The Sitter and Chronicle", but can not watch them on my Note. What could be the problem?

Maybe give us some more info. Is there an error message? What player are you using? etc.

I use the 3 default ones that come with the phone. Play Movies & TV(red film strip icon), Movies and Video Player. It is a MP4 file and when I click play this is what it says "unable to play video" and it only gives me the option to click "ok".

I'm not sure what those players support, as I don't use them, but, here's a free one in the app store that specifically says it'll play MP4's.

Like most folks I think, I use VLC. It'll pretty much play everything.

I use Rockplayer. It plays just about anything.
