Android Market/Play Store Down Again?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone else is getting an error message when trying to purchase an app from the Market/Play store on 4/8.

Just Uninstall and reinstall the app, or clear data from the play store app. No problems here.

I can't get it to purchase on my tablet or my phone, and I've reflashed gapps and cleared data and tried everything I can think of. No dice. :/ They're both running custom ROMs but they're different ROMs so it can't be a ROM issue.

Is your payment information up to date?
 
My situation seems to be this: I can download free apps from the Play Store apps on my phone and tablet, I can't download paid apps from the Play Store apps on my phone and tablet, but I can purchase paid apps and send free apps to my devices from a web browser.

Might be the specific app. I was just over there and the only problem I had was that the app didn't quite meet my needs once it was installed. :)
