Android Market Update

I've tried pulling the battery, and I've tried clearing the cache, data, and updates from Market, but it keeps reverting back to 2.3.6. Any other ideas? I have an HTC Thunderbolt on Verizon.
 
have to wait. mine happened just today about 1230. didnt even know it until I unlocked my phone.
 
Try installing the 3.0.27 apk from here

I can't say it won't revert back but that would put you on the newest market, be sure to download the apk not the zip
 
This is kind of the opposite of what the OP asked, but is there a way to keep an old version of the market running, because I hate the way the new market runs on my TBolt

4G makes the market load at an acceptable speed. but i couldn't imagine the load times on 3G. i like the setup of the new market (swipes and whatnot) but they could have toned the graphics down a little bit.

someone needs to make a simplistic UI (think Windows Phone 7) market app. that would be amazing.

IMHO, that is what the new market resembles with the multiple square layout and I am not a real big fan of it... but that is just me
