i want to know if there is any way that i van use the market without a sim card.
i read a prosses but i can no find out how to acces the OS on my phone.
i root already but cant acces the market without my sim card.

Yes, just use the Market on wifi.

mmm ok market enabler, but the big question is how do i install it. i try to find a guide but no luck, please if you can guide me to it, all i got is:

the samsung vibrant and the sim card (no activated)

remember i cant open the market so i cant download from there.

Actually, yes you can. I do it all the time on a sim-less Captivate. The problem is most likely the firewall on your router. The Google Market requires port 5228 be open or it will fail to authenticate you. You could reconfigure your firewall or you could find a wifi hotspot and try from there.
