How do I turn my phone on?/How do I get my phone to stop restarting?
Yesterday, I downloaded an app (Midomi) but it got stuck/frozen on my phone, so I tried to exit but it didn't work, so I restarted my phone. However, my phone couldn't get past the restart screen (the circle with the M) and it just kept restarting over and over. Today, it was off so i turned it back on, and it was still stuck on the restart screen, so I held down the volume button (up) and the power button, then I started to charge it, but it is still stuck on the restart screen. If there is a solution to this problem, were I don't have to do a factory reset or get a new phone that would help very much. Thank you.
