Android MID tablet pc problem

my tablet was working fine till last nite, when i opened it it stated on screen that it was installing an update on startup, after that it failled to boot to the the lock screen, it stay's stuck on android screen, i thot the install was'nt over so i waited all nite, and this morning was still on the same screen, i tried shutting it down, it will not shut down eather it goes back to that screen no matter what i do. how do i get this working again, what company should i call for waranty since its only a few months old? only make i read off the box is tablet pc android MID. no make on the tablet itself.

ok i found the manual reset, press the +volume button as well as the power button, hold the buttons for aprox 5seconds befor the menu poped up. Brought me to the android settings, the first option was the answer, it was called "Erase user data partition" the whole process from a-z took a total of 10mins.

Problem with a cheapo no-name device like this, there really is no company you can call for support. The manufacturer is unknown. Warranty is handled by the vendor you bought it from, who would normally just replace it.
