Help android mobile directly goes into recovery mode on startup

hi everyone. I have a china android mobile (VGO TEL VENTURE V 7). I was getting the error process com.android.systemui has stopped working. I tried everything to remove this error but no success.
So in the end i decided to again flash the ROM ( i have this mobiles ROM and i have flashed it before). this time when i flashed it and restarted device, it displayed vgo tel logo, screen remained on then turned off and then after few seconds it turned on and mobile went into recovery mode. Each time i turn on device this happens. there is no fault with hardware i have checked it.
watch video for further clarification regarding my question.

Do you have a custom recovery installed ? if it is then there is a option in custom recovery to reboot to system ,let me know

Seems like you messed up with the system in some way ,You can use the recovery to flash the fresh stock rom :)
2 things:
1. in recovery it is not detecting memory card.
2. rom of mobile that i have is in rar form. can i convert it into zip (i.e uncompress it and then compress in zip) and then use recovery? will it work?

Maybe your memory card got curropted on the way ( recommend you reinserting it ) ,yes for sure you can convert it to zip ,but I haven't seen any ROM in rar format ,well if it's original then you can extract it and the using winrar back you can convert it to Zip and then flash it ,let me know which custom recovery you have ( twrp or another)

Well there's way more difference between custom recovery and stock recovery ,as your phone is rooted ,there is no harm putting in twrp and it has many other options to debug your system :)

since my mob isn't starting at all can i still put in twrp, if so then how (i.e can you give me some easily understandable link)?
secondly my mob is of china so can i also get its custom roms or i have to again flash stock rom?

What's your phone model ( exact and correct ),we can talk somewhere else for ease help to you,and yes if your phone is enough popular then there may be custom ROMs for it ,rest assured there will be stock roms as an option for sure .
