Help Android mobile stuck on boot screen

I mistakenly wipe some file in android , i m not sure about what are the files. because of the my mobile can load in normal way as well as boot mode also. I cant enter the booting screen. its just show the wickedleak screen. when i press volume + and power button , volume - and power button also nothing was loading.
Even i tried with oneclickroot also , my device is not loading there is also.
Please help me guys to solve this problem

It has to be re-flashed with the original manufacturer's firmware, provided it's available. Check with either the manufacturer or the place you purchased it.
