Hope you guys can help. Recently purchased an android quad core mx3 tv box. I also purchased at the same time a mouse/keyboard (see attachment) which enables to navigate the box via a dongle.
For some reason this is not working.
I have even gone to setting and selected Google keyboard, and/or remote but still no luck.
Has anyone experienced this, and how have they overcome this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
