Android needs more first person shooters

There are quite a few great ones.

I have been addicted to Nova 2 and Modern Combat 2. Both are available in the Android Market now and have some pretty great graphics. Gameloft always seems to make the best FPS games for Android.

The problem is that FPS games require a very large investment and are only really enjoyable on few devices: You need good controls and those are hard to come by. We've got some devices with keyboard and the XperiaPlay. I've tried FPS games controlled with 2 virtual joysticks, but it simply gets too crowded on my little screen.

It talks about the typical controls, and a new game which has improved on them.

I like that idea a lot...but I think it can be improved and I'll tell you how. Add a second virtual analog for aiming, but put the fire ring around that, so you can walk, aim and fire all at once. I think that makes more sense because if you are aiming at someone you are probably going to be firing at them shortly or are in the process of doing so already.

I would love to see the controls as explained say on the Quake 3 for Android port (are reading this Anderdroid?!)
