Hi

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxie S2 and I have a lot of questions to ask!

First off how do you delete unwanted apps?

Secondly, How do I access the SD card to download music from my pc to it. I installed the drivers from Samsung, but; I still don't see the card.

Thanks for your help!

Congrats on the S2 purchase and welcome to Android Forums. The apps that came preloaded on your S2 can't be removed unless you root your device. Apps that you have added to your phone can be removed at any time by entering into the area to manage apps.
To access your SD card you will need to make certain that your phone is set to emulate a mass storage device and then connect it to your pc via your usb cable.
Open your local file manager and simply find your SD card in your tree structure.
I hope this helps. To find very specific information about your phone and the very best support you should click into it's area of discussion. Here is a link to that area:

Thanks for the input! I'm sure there are some great things about the Galaxy S2. But; ease of use is not one of them! I'm seriously thinking about going back to an Iphone!

One should be happy with something as personal as a mobile phone. I've not used a S2 or an Iphone so I certainly can't judge the ease of use of either. They make different phones because the market is diverse. I hope whatever you decide to do that you are happy with your decision.

Ease of use is not a problem, you just have to learn to use the phone, anytime you change to a new phone theres going to be a learning curve, even with a new phone and the same OS. You can also email files to your self and download them to your phone from your phone as long as the file is not to big. I do everything this way, that I can because its a lot easier than trying to connect the phone by USB.
