Help Android "No command" and does not boot up OS

My tablet suddenly crashed, then turn black screen with an Android and a "No command" message. I have no idea what exactly just happened, but I suspect that the firmware was damaged and is unable to be read. Here's a short clip I just recorded showing its current state:

My device's info:
  • Name: Bluewave 8
  • OS: Android 4.4
  • Processor: Rockchip-based (RK31)
Any idea regarding this issue and how to fix this?
 
The "No Command" screen can be a bit confusing. Your tablet is in a state waiting for a command and doesn't have one. You should be able to boot into recovery from here, but the key combination to get you there is up to the manufacturer. I found this thread but it doesn't seem to be of much help. :(

If there is a recovery, it's probably some combination of the buttons, so you can try and see if you can get into recovery.
 
To add to lunatic59's post:
maybe this could help.

1. Press the power button to get the option menu for
Power off
Reboot
Silence phone option.

2. on that menu you have to hold down that power off option on your touch screen while also holding down the home push button on the side of your tablet.

3. This brings up a screen to reboot into safe mode..(these are the 3 steps the company does not tell you that is why no one gets it to work.

4. HIt yes for safe mode and then hold down your power and home buttons on side of tablet till the dopo Logo appears.

5. Release both buttons and hit the power button one time and then hold only the home button down till a menu option appears.

6. Use the home button to move down to factory reset and press the power button to select. Once it says complete then use the power button to select reboot.

Problem solved. Hope this will help everyone out
 
It was a lot easier to find more relevant info searching for 'bluewave wave 8' and or its model I.D. '33GT'. Anyway, try doing a force restart using a pin or paper clip and pressing the recessed Reset button between the HDMI port and the Back button (shown below):

This 'might' work out but it does appear to be a more involved problem than a forced reboot. Something like what you've posted is often a matter where the operating system is corrupted enough where the device just won't boot up normally anymore. In that case it usually involves flashing a stock ROM to restore it back to normal again. The manufacturer doesn't appear to have downloads for stock ROMs for their products publicly available but you might want to contact them anyway (their contact info in the 'General Inquiry' section:

and it might be a matter where they provide you with something like a direct FTP link for a stock ROM for your tablet.

An alternative, and having no experience with that brand or your model of tablet I cannot even guess how valid or not any of the following, might be to try following the directions on flashing the ROM for your tablet as stated in a site like this:

Be sure to follow the directions carefully and pay special attention to use the ROM that matches your specific model of tablet (there's apparently several variations of Wave 8 and Wave 8+ models). ROMs are generally not interchangeable, not matter what manufacturer or make is involved.
