Android not working on windows 8

Hello ,

Can anyone please tell me how I make HTC Sync Manager work with Windows 8. I get error message saying that application is failed, due to driver installer. How do I get around this.

completely uninstall htc sync manager and any related usb drivers you may have attached. (you will probly have to go into programs/features to remove it.) and also check device manager to ensure there arent any usb conflicts. Once youve done that try re-installing htc sync manager. That fixed the issue for myself. G.L
