Help Android on Back (Android Box)

Android on back back with blue sphere but pin reset on box does not bring up blue line on bottom of screen...how do i reset and upgrade android box?

Dead/resting/pining android, it's the recovery, likely means the firmware is corrupted or damaged and it can't boot normally. It will have to be re-flashed. How you do that, and the ROM you need, you'll have to check with the vendor. As these boxes usually come from unknown manufacturers.

Ok...great ty for info mikedt...unknown vendor; got as gift so wondering if there is a way I can personally recover the box. Should anyone else reading thread know this process or where to obtain info on how to that would be great.
