Help Android one : 5.1 lollipop internal memory apps issue

hello everyone , hope all of you know about android one service by Google to provide top quality hardware and latest android version at cheap rates , started in India in November last year . my problem started when the android os updates 5.1 lollipop came on 27 march , i updated the os ,but after the updates my some apps are not there on the menu (ok that not matters for me) , but when i checked my internal memory it was just 418 mb left (android one devices have internal memory of 4gb users can use 2.32 gb ) . i was shocked , before the updates my internal memory was 0.98 gbs . what shuld i do now . i think the old os and app data is still there ,my karbonn sparkle v android one is not rooted . can anyone help me please:saddroid::saddroid::(.

I would try to backup as much possible with Helium Backup from the Play Store (requires a pc connection to the phone), do a factory data reset to clear everything out and then restore your backup.

You may expect that your apps will take more space with Lollipop because they're precompiled during installation - not compiled on the fly while running, like before.

Nonetheless, it sounds like you have something tangled up after the update.

This is a VERY common Android problem, the factory data reset often fixes it.
 
will it also backup my app data , game data . i would also like to ask you that after factory reset will my lollipop upgrade will be lost , i mean i have to re update to lollipop after factory reset because i was running kitkat 4.4.4 before it. and thanks for the help :specsdroid:
