Android OS dead after installed google play store

Hi Guys,
Maybe you will know how to sorted problem with my android device.
I bought rear view car mirror (model m-501gpsx-ly) from China with android on it for nav and camera recording. Mirror had very restricted (poor) settings and no google play store to take applications. Seller told me to take apk with play store for android 4.2.2. After installation mirror is dead.
Chinese dude(sss-car.com) disappear and no answering for emails at all. Mirror is only booting and booting and nothing happens. I can’t check anything with usb cable because usb debugger is not on. May is some program to run from ps and connect via usb to make factory reset or repair android? Or use some program on SD card (slot is available ) and do something like “update”? Of course original ROM is impossible to get from seller.

See if you can get your money back I think, if that's not good, contact your credit card issuer about getting a charge back. Not much else can be done with this thing, apart from flashing it with original manufacturer firmware, and no chance of that.

Yest that exactly the same guy who sell mi this mirror, I'm trying to contact him but looks like he was helpful until get money. Buyer protection finish I thing 5 days after I received and about warranty claim I probably can forget. I bought many things from ali....... but never get problems before. May I have to look for contact with someone over this Kevin who is more responsible. Im thinking how they programming or repair android if crash, must be some option to talk to device.
