Help Android OS & internal storage size weird?

Hi,

I just bought a Moto X Pure running Android 6.0. Today I checked the Storage and got 2 questions. (1) Is the size of Android OS 6.0 normal (over 10 GB)? (2) Where is the 7.95 GB of internal storage from? Why is it so big? The Apps only got 2.18 GB.
