android os on virtual machine not detected by windows

Hello,
I would like to create a virtual network between my PC and the virtual machine containing Android os to test my code with eclipse.
The steps I followed:
* I already have the jdk installed
* SDK setup
* Eclipse configuration (SDL Rental and install ADT)
* added path to the platform-tools (SDK subfolder) the path
* setup Android OS in the virtual machine (I tried with VMware and VirtualBox)
* netcg eth0 dhcp command in the android terminal to check the adress
* with the command prompt windows, I tried adb devices it shows no device, even with adb start-server after adb kill-server.
I tried adb connect (address android) it dont work too
I tried all available types of network in virtual machine (bridged ..) without result.
I closed the antivirus and Wi-Fi but nothing positive yet.

PS: I tried to ping the host (windows PC) from the android terminal, it succeeded, but ping from host to android failed so its a link issue i guess.

all what I need is to establish this virtual ethernet connexion to be able to detect the android virtual device in eclipse,
Can anyone help me please?

thank you for your response,
I have already ADV emulators but it's slow and it doesn't work for my application wich use bluetooth devices to communicate with putty (BluetoothChat).
I want to run my application on the virtual machine but windows does'nt detect the android in VMware or virtualBox so eclipse can't run on it.
Any advice please
