First post on the Forum and first request for help , I am more a less a new to app dev and just trying to get a feel for this .
I require some help and or direction on creating what I thought was a fairly easy app for android
in Android Studio
But I seem to be failing , possibly due to lack of or limited xml knowledge.
I have a pdf book that I want to make an app nothing fancy just a small search function with the table of contents .
Like I said I have failed and most of my results are not close to looking remotely good or even usable .
I would appreciate any help , or even a sample project file that contains the structure , or even a link to a tutorial
