Android phone like a Android TV device?

I'm wondering if the Prevail or some of the other Boost phone can act like one of these Android TV devices? I'm not selling this or get anything from it. So, please DON'T buy.

Interesting find.. Firmware & ROMS - XBMC Android TV G Box is a good read in there.. might answer your question in some ways, but a call to your provider/carrier might help too.
