Android phone problem help!

Hello guys I have a GT-i9500 android smartphone my problem is the phone keep on going back to home page every 10 seconds when I'm using ANY apps, internet browsing, and even settings menu.

Please help this is really frustrating, I already hard reset the phone multiple times.

Im suspecting hardware fault but the phone is 2 months old, still kind of very new.

If this persists after a factory reset, its going to be a hardware issue. Contact the manufacturer for a warranty repair or your insurance company if you have one.
