Dear Customer

Thank you for your email regarding your LG handset. Unfortunately, LG Electronics do not have any future plans to release an Android software version update for the GW620.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best regards,

I have only had this phone since August on a 2 year contract, im getting sick of the "memory card unexpectedly removed"..."preparing memory card" messages/notifications constantly, thinking about taking it back to Tmobile to see if i can get some thing else, if they refuse to change it then I will flash it my self.

Over all im really disappointed with LGs attitude, you cant release a phone running Android and not issue updates, its disgusting!

I do like the phone, but I feel let down, If i can talk Tmobile UK in to letting me change my mobile, phones would you lot recommend to replace the Eve, without paying more then the

Could i possibly recomend the MyTouch 3G my friend got it and i like it, it is not as "androidy" though it has alot of stuff changed to fit the average user a bit better, it you want to become hardcore android i will recommend anything from HTC :) hope this helped

Thatks for getting back to me, the phone looks nice, but It doesnt appear to have a real keyboard.

I have my eye on the Sony X10 mini pro, and the HTC desire Z , the Z is way out of my price range :( , I can afford the X10 mini pro, but I'm not sure if it is too small for me, any one with experience on either can give me opinions?

Its quite annoying with the eve, i Like the phone, but its got a few annoyances, I already mentioned the SD card problem, and The paint has started to rub off of the part by the ear piece just by being in my pocket.

ya HTC builds great phones :) so i trust them i owned one for about 7 years till its backlight died which i coulda replaced but the thing was outdated. only bad thing about the electronic market after you buy the top something better comes out.
