Android Phone Stuck in welcome screen

Hi ... I have a android phone of Byond B63 running on Jelly Bean 4.1.1. Yesterday my phone showed low storage space and before i could do any thing it got hanged and was not responding so i took out battery and kept it back then i switched on the phone it showed logon(welcome) screen and nothing happened next i kept like that for about 30min, my phone became little hot. i even tried hard reset but still nothing happened. i m stuck somebody plz help.... thank you

Hi KoolVicky and welcome to Android Forums!

I'm not familiar with your device... but I can tell you that apps, app data, call log and messages are stored in SYSTEM memory, not USER memory. That is often the cause of low memory alerts. There are apps in Play that allow you to clean out old messages, etc.

When you say Byond... is that a game? Having the device model, I can probably walk you through going into Recovery to factory reset the device to out-of-the-box state (you will lose user data).
