Android phone usb connector help

hi,
newbie question :
I have andriod phone that has Standard micro-USB (5-pin micro-USB 2.0) connector on the bottom of the phone . from google i have usb connector pinout details .
My question is will pin 1 of usb connector give 5v output ?
if yes can any one tell me wiring diagram?
with this 5v i have to give power to micro-controller.

This is for the plug, not the socket

1 VCC (Red) +5 VDC
2 D- (White) Data -
3 D+ (Green) Data +
4 ID May be N/C, GND or used as an attached device presence indicator (shorted to GND with resistor)
5 GND (Black) Ground
