android phone virgin

hi, im very new to all this smart phone talk, can any1 give me a dummies version of what i should and shouldnt have on my phone please. my battery seems to go dead fairly quickly too and have noticed a few people have complained about this. xxx

Step 1, dont use a task killer.

Step 2, go to menu-settings-accounts and sync, and turn off anything you dont need syncing, and turn down the frequency of things you dont need syncing very often.

Step 3, turn off all radios, bluetooth, 3g, etc when you dont need them.

Define quickly.

Needing to charge every 24 to 36 hours in normal. With a new phone, you use it more in the beginning with new apps and settings etc, so 12 to 18 hours is common. You also have to charge it a few times (I recommend a deep discharge first) to teach Android the true capacity of the battery.
